Capt. David S. Connolly, 37, of Boston, Massachusetts, died on April 6, 2005, in Ghazni, Afghanistan, in the crash of a CH-47 helicopter. Connolly was assigned to the Army Reserve’s 1173rd Transportation Terminal Battalion, Brockton, Massachusetts.
