Spc. Michael K. Spivey, 21, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, died on April 6, 2005, in Ghazni, Afghanistan, in the crash of a CH-47 helicopter. Spivey was assigned to the 5th Battalion, 159th Aviation Regiment, 12th Aviation Brigade, Giebelstadt, Germany.
