Spc. Dustin M. Adkins, 22, of Finger, Tennessee, was pronounced dead December 4, 2006, of injuries suffered after the Chinook helicopter he was in made an emergency landing near Haditha, Iraq, on December 3. He was previously listed as Duty Status Whereabouts Unknown. Adkins was assigned to the Group Support Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group, Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
